Description:
This is a Custom Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 rifle in 7mm Remington Magnum. The serial number on the action dates to 1950. The action is Excellent matte blue, and the 24 inch barrel is Excellent bright blue with a shiny bore and strong rifling. The bottom metal has some wear around the forward screw and some scratches on the floor plate and the trigger guard. The stock is High Grade walnut with beatifully done fine line checkering at the pistol grip and fore end. The stock has a checkered steel grip cap and butt plate. The wood is in Excellent condition.
