Up for sale today is a US Remington M1903-A3 serial no. 3736400 chambered in caliber .30-06. This excellent original Remington has a barrel date of “RA 4-43” and has a mint two-groove bore which appears unfired, shows a mirror finish and a muzzle wear reading of 0. The rifle comes with its original box from shipment after its purchase from the Director of Civilian Marksmanship on 09 September 1960. The stock shows excellent original finish. The metal finish is to be considered like-new. The rifle comes with a USGIsling dated 1948. An outstanding example of an M1903-A3 and a great addition to any discerning shooter’s collection.
