Up for sale today is a US Springfield M1 Garand serial no. 5936475 chambered in caliber .30-06. This excellent “Correct Grade” Garand was one of the last ones to be built by Springfield Armory. The rifle shows excellent original finish on both wood and metal parts. The rifle has a barrel date of “SA 11-55,” a throat erosion reading of 3 and a muzzle wear reading of 2. The bore is excellent. An excellent example of a Correct Grade M1 Garand and a great addition to any shooter’s collection.
