ULTRA RARE REMINGTON-BEALS 2ND MODEL .31 CAL. PERCUSSION POCKET REVOLVER IN ORIGINAL BOX W/FLASK & MOLD. In it’s original two piece cardboard box with the ‘E PLURIBUS UNUM” small size flask and double cavity brass mold. All original and matching in the 9xx serial range. 3” octagon barrel addressed “BEALS PATENT 1856&57/MANUFACTURED BY REMINGTONS’ ILION. N.Y.”. Rarest of all Beal’s Remington’s with only a few dozen known at most and highly sought after by Remington collectors. Fine over all with even grey patina and crisp markings. Excellent hard rubber grips. Working order and very good bore and chambers. Excellent flask and mold. Ultra rare box with the original partitions and fine condition as well particularly considering it’s and fragility. First time on market in 40 plus years. Old Remington Collection provenance.
