Beretta ASE 90
From one of my former squad mates retiring from the shotgun world I am regrettably offering his Beretta ASE 90 Sporting 12 gauge over under for sale. This particular ASE 90 Sporting model serial # AD3424B is somewhat scarce as it has the blued receiver. The ASE 90 was built by Beretta to be a pure bred no compromise competition shotgun. It was discontinued because it was very expensive to build. These guns will run thousands upon thousands of rounds and never get loose. This shotgun is tight and there is no looseness in the action what so ever when closed and no looseness when open. The butt stock has a right hand palm swell and has a LOP of 14 ¼ inches and there is an additional ¼ inch spacer included. The barrels are 30 inches long and it has screw chokes. The buyer will receive 6 in total. The two flush mounted chokes are Skeet. The buyer will receive one Improved Cylinder, one Improved Modified and two Light Modified chokes. The barrels are 30 inches long and the gun has a brass barrel weight which neatly attaches under the fore end via flush mounted screws. The previous owner added an accessory bead to allow him to better maintain his eye alignment this can be removed. The butt sock has been refinished and has two cheek pieces one of matching wood and one soft comb. The shotgun will ship with two trigger groups as the ASE 90 is equipped to have the fire control group switched easily if there is a breakage. This gun has some minor finish wear from its use but nothing too distracting. Since this gun is equipped with a NASCO case Kolar AAA sub gauge tubes with three chokes for each sub gauge, this gun can play all shotgun games. Trap, Sporting, American and International Skeet. The gun weighs 8lbs 6 ozs with the barrel weighs installed and no tubes.
