Erfurt, semi-automatic pistol, Model 1917 (WORLD WAR I), P. 08 (Luger), caliber 9mm, s/n 8477b, 4" barrel, retains virtually all of its 100 year old original blue, finish exhibits a few normal handling/storage marks and a couple of very minor spots of patina along a couple of edges where slide meets frame,
CHAMBER IS DATED "1917", SLIDE HAS "ERFURT CROWN" AND "ERFURT" ON IT, ALL MATCHING SERIAL NUMBERS EXCEPT TAKEDOWN LEVER WHICH HAS A FACTORY OVERSTAMP WITH THE MATCHING NUMBER (SEE PHOTO), non-matching correct magazine, ALL CORRECT MARKINGS AND CODES,
Includes takedown tool which shows rust spots from being stored in the holster and is not numbered, CHECKERED WOOD GRIPS ARE EXCELLENT AND ARE MATCHING NUMBERED TO THE GUN,
Holster is original and is stamped "1917" along with maker Herman Thieme, Madgeburg, holster remiain in great shape except for buckle strap which is hanging by a thread (should be replaced using original as template),
