Description:
Manufactured in 1878, this is one of the early Single Actions that really went west. Serial numbered 44320, it has matching, frame, barrel, cylinder, backstrap, trigger guard and grips, which are marked "GLS DENVER 1878". It has been well used, but still retains traces of case colors on the frame and hammer and original blue on the barrel, ejector housing, backstrap and trigger guard. The bore is fair, the action is good and the grips still have most of their original varnish. This is a good honest Frontier Peacemaker.
