Winchester Model 42 pre war, chambered in .410 3 inch and manufactured in 1939. This 42 features a 28" smooth barrel, full choke, pistol grip walnut stock, slim 18 ring forend and original checkered Winchester butt plate. This 42 shows honest ware and for a gun that's 78 years old it is in good condition. The stock has no cracks or chips and it retains 98% of it's original finish. This is a great 42 for the price.
