Remington Sportsman Model 78 .243 Caliber , Bore bright with excellent finish.excellent and supplied with bases and rings. This rifle would make a great first rifle or a rifle to be kept in a truck. The wood is plain with some dings. The inside of the stock is excellent. (See photos) The action and the forst 3/4 of the barrel are excellent, but the last few inches of the barrel has some rust (see photos) Sling eyes.
