Here is a very nice Colt Army Special chambered in .38 Special and has the very popular 6” barrel. It comes with the box and Shooting Suggestions as well as an old Hoppe’s number 9 oil brochure and two copies of Colt brochures from the 1920’s that show the specs. for the Army Special. Colt first introduced the Army Special in 1908 and the production ended in 1927. This gun dates to a 1926 production and remains in excellent condition. The gun is mechanically perfect as is the bore. The gun locks up tight and the timing is perfect. The original factory hard rubber grips are free from cracks & chips and look perfect. The original box is in excellent condition. This model has gained a lot of collecting interest in the last couple of years and this is your chance to obtain a nice one. I offer a three day non firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
