Springfield Model 1888 U.S. Trapdoor in 45-70. Serial No. 512002. Nice example of a Ramrod-Bayonet Model. Good " SWP 1891" inspector cartouche by S.W. Porter. Buttstock compartment contains U.S.Model 1879 combination tool and broken shell extractor.
