Winchester Pre 64 Model 70. Cal. 300 Win Mag. 24 in round bbl. Blue
finish, walnut stock. Manufactured 1962 in the rare .300 Win Mag Cal.
which was offered from late 1962 to 1963. Hooded ramp front sight,
adjustable folding leaf rear sight and receiver tapped for scope/sight
mounting. Factory proof on the barrel and the receiver at the breech.
Polished bolt numbered to the gun. The checkered pistol grip stock
features a raised comb, sling swivels and vented factory recoil pad.
Condition is excellent. Rifle retains 98% plus original blue finish showing
some mild scratches on the floor plate. Stock is very fine with a few minor
handling marks. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent. Serial #
