Description:
FN model 1910/1922 or 10/22 in .32ACP. Initially the designed aimed for a military contract with Yugoslavia, the 10/22 pistol went on to see extensive service in World War Two, and continued to be manufactured by the Germans after their occupation of Belgium and seizure of the FN factory. This pistol contains Nazi eagle marks and Waffenamt stamps. This 10/22 has the less… stunning wood grips as opposed to the earlier horn or plastic grips bearing the FN logo. The FN Model 1922 was also used by: Yugoslavia, Holland, Greece, Turkey, Romania, France, Finland, Denmark, and West Germany in the post war period. While the Model 1910 was widely sold on both civilian and military markets, the Model 1922 was considered specifically a military and police pistol. Marked with “WaA140” this FN model 1910/22 was made in Lüttich, Belgium around 1944. Wear to the finish along the high edges and in particular the slide as well as pitting around the muzzle. See pictures for a more accurate description of the condition.
