Description:
Pedersoli Lighting in .357 sporting a 24-inch barrel. The Lightning Pump-Action Rifles are Pedersoli's version of the Colt® rifle, a tribute to one of the most famous rifles during the days of the American Wild West. Wooden stocks boast an American walnut oil finish. Frames and all-metal parts are forged in steel and blued. The bolt fully engages prior to firing. Extractors have a separate spring, providing more reliable extraction and longer service life. Inertia firing-pin prevents firing pin from striking the primer by any other means than pulling the trigger. Unloading latch blocks hammer from striking the firing pin. Trigger system has been altered to only fire when bolt is fully in battery. Rear sight is standard semi-buckhorn with elevation adjustment. Improved magazine and loading gate for reliable loading and feeding. 10-round tube magazine has been modified from the original by a redesigned cartridge buffer, eliminating loading and feeding problems found in original guns and replicas that follow this design. Single-shot device prevents "slam-fire". This Lighting is in great shape with honest wear on the finish, in what appears to be shelf wear. One very superficial scratch on the receiver, so light it barely shows in the photos. Stock is in fantastic shape. S# “PL01937”.
