Description:
One of the finer examples of a Belgium made, Olympian grade Browning rifle in 30-06 cal. It is mfg. in 1968, serial # 8P44642. The highly polished stock features Monte Carlo comb with swept right hand cheekpiece, single recoil bolt, and rosewood forend tip with white line spacer. The grip and forend are expertly checkered. The flared grip cap has inset gold diamond and gold trigger. Receiver, floorplate, and trigger guard are chrome plated in a satin finish that has deep relief engraved animal scenes as well as deep scroll work on other metal parts. Forward receiver -left is a bull elk signed R. Dewil. Receiver rt. Is a running dear unsigned. Trigger guard is Bear signed (L.L.)? Floor plate is dear signed P. Marfcha. Blueing is excellent. Slight handling dings. Slight evidense it was fired. No evidence of metal or stock discoloration
