Sold Pending Funds / Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor Rifle, serial # 518058, cal. 45-70, has a 32 1/2" barrel with a good bright bore but shows a few rust spots toward the muzzle from what I believe is poor storage, should clean better, good rifling, metal retains 80% blue turning patina, barrel is VP Eagle P proofed, buttplate is Unit Stamped US / 8 / B / 35, nice stock with 1891 cartouche, rod bayonet present, overall condition is good plus – good plus plus. Inv.: # 22-174
