On Hold Pending Funds / German Model 1883 Reichsrevolver, made by Suhl Consortium with Unit Marking and dated .92 on the lower left frame, serial # 7155 s, cal. 11mm German Ordnance, 4 1/2" barrel with a good plus bore that shows scattered pitting but strong rifling. The metal surfaces of this revolver retain 83% original blue with scattered light peppery pitting but nothing drastic or alarming, fading to brown with some oxidation staining. The smooth walnut grips rate very good with an added coat of varnish, a few dings and handling marks. All visible serial numbers are matching including the grips and there is a unit marking on the backstrap that reads "28.A.3.43.". The hammer operates a bit stiffly but overall this is a fine example of a late model Reichsrevolver with its overall condition as described and photographed is good plus - very good. Inv.: # 12-142
