EARLY "H.H. HEISER" HOLSTER Few people realize that Herman H. Heiser was an accomplished saddler in the 1860s and moved to Denver in 1874 to open a shop there. This holster takes a 4 3/4 or 5 1/2" Colt S.A.A. perfectly. A unique addition suitable for the finest collection.. One of the neat features of this holster is that the rivets have the Herman H. Heiser triple HHH in an Oval on the face of each rivet. A H. H. Heiser model #410 Double Loop Right Side Holster in very good condition. No loose stitching, no scars, no scratches, just nice even rich patina.
The Hermann H. Heiser Manufacturing Co. made this beautiful holster from Premium Skirting Leather. This holster is properly marked with the H. H. Heiser Denver Colo. Trademark "Triple "HHH" in Oval and Bar " makers mark, which dates this holster from 1910. You will note it has no safety strap as many Heiser holsters have, giving it the feel and appearance of an early frontier holster.
The leather is fully alive and will provide a century of wear ready to use.
