MODEL 1816 FLINTLOCK PISTOL
Model 1816 Flintlock Pistol by Simeon North made for the US Government. Has iron mountings, back strap, butt cap, etc. Marked North Middlnconn, over an eagle on lock. North marking very worn, most of eagle is clear as are other markingd.9” Barrel has standard US Government proof markings. Wood has some wear, but no missing pieces, repairs etc. Metal is fair some corrosion on BBL and lock. Stock is not missing any wood, Overall good condition, this appears to be original Flintlock with all original parts. See Flaydermen 6A-017 page 328 ninth edition. (14-110)
