Description:
This .54 caliber Kentucky rifle has a browned octagon 1" x 33" GR Douglas barrel with a 1:66 twist and fitted with fixed sights. Stamped on the left flat is JD Long Rifles, on the right flat is Ser 7 and on the top flat is GR Douglas XX 54 Cal. Very light scattered pitting is seen about 6" down the barrel. The P grade Walnut stock is mounted with German silver furniture, including a patch box. The stock is decorated with German silver inlays, a spread eagle cheek piece and escutcheons. The Robbins flint lock is activated by North Star double set triggers. Comes with a nylon ramrod with a built-in ball puller. Length of pull is 13-3/8", overall length is 48”, and weight is 9 lbs. Please Note: A wood chip at the end of the tang was repaired during the build. Good wood to metal fit - made by JD Long Rifles. Condition: Good. Our stock number is #P-26-47.
