Description:
Winchester Model 92 SRC .32 W.C.F.. This very nice older Saddler Ring Carbine sports a standard carbine 20" barrel with full-length magazine tube, a post and blade front sight and an adjustable carbine rear sight, which lifts up and adjusts with graduations for long range shooting. As show in the photos, the carbine is missing the saddle ring, though its post is present. The blued finish on the rifle is in very good overall condition, with best blue to the barrel and magazine tube, next best for condition comes the sights, metal barrel/forend band, bolt, trigger, hammer, upper and lower tangs, and then the lever. The sides and bottom of receiver and butt-plate shows the most wear or lose of bluing. The wood stocks have some scratches, dings and scrapes and appears to have had a light coat of lacquer finish applied a while ago. The bore is surprisingly in very good plus condition with strong lands and grooves with lots of good shine from chamber to muzzle. Rifle weighs 6 Lbs. even. Serial Number: 994615.
