This Spg Garand M-1 ,30.06 was both a WWII and "Korean" War" survivor. W/a serial number of 353366 (abt 10/41) it
has a lot of history behind it and would offer someone both real shooter and collectible,. The stock is very good w/the correct PW cartouche of the Eagle w/3 stars above it and framed - about 1946-49. The gun metal has the correct gray w/slight wear areas.
The top of the receiver rear has the "Naval symbol of an "Anchor" and an inventory number of"0399". Because of it's good condition
it was possibly stored in an on board ship or shore gun locker. It came out of a Garand collector's estate sale.
The gun's barrel is in mint condition and the readings are - Throat Chamber 1 and muzzle 0.
