Smith & Wesson 3rd Model .32 Safety Hammerless serial number 228231 was produced from 1909 to 1937. This is a really nice one with about 99% of it's original blue finish starting to turn patina at the end of the 3" barrel. The grips have no cracks or chips. The action works properly and is very tight. The bore is bright and shiney
