Description:
LUGER ARTILLERY – 1918. EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. PRICE REDUCED TO SELL! You won't find a better one at anywhere near this price. All matching #'s including firing pin and grips. Excellent blue with minimal loss in the usual places. No rust or pitting, and fire blue and “straw” on small parts are very good. Bore is MINT, and from the lack of wear on the action, breech face and frame, the gun looks like it has been fired very little. Pictures taken outside in full sun so you can see exactly what it looks like – no special lighting. Correct WW1 non-matching wood-bottom magazine, functions properly but missing flat knurled metal loading assist button that also holds action open. Part be replaced with a donor magazine. Magazine exactly 300 digits off gun 8254 vs. 8554 on gun. Grip panels excellent condition with no chips or dents in checkering.
I will provide a 3-day period to conduct a “non-firing” inspection at your FFL with right to return/refund of the purchase price (less ship/ins.). The gun must of course be returned in same condition/same parts, with shipping & insurance back to my FFL at buyer’s expense.
This gun must be shipped to your FFL via USPS. Buyer pays for ship/ins. Pay w/ United States Postal M.O. ONLY – no personal checks or bank checks/MO’s. No sale to anywhere prohibited by state and/or local law. Should be OK for California purchase, but check with your FFL and/or CA DOJ to be sure. No sale to NY City areas, NJ, MD, DC, RI, HI, etc. You are responsible to ensure it can be accepted by a FFL where you reside.
