Description:
Original 30" half oct bbl and full length magazine tube. This is the only 30" that I have ever encountered that will letter with the half oct bbl and full length mag tube. An extremely scarce gun! It is in the 150k serial range. Features a saddle ring style receiver with factory filled holes. This was frequently done when they ran out of parts. Overall gun is in very nice condition with about 10-15% bbl and mag blue, mostly in protected areas. Sharp corners. Good markings. Very nice bore. Orig sights. Wood is in VG condition with a few mars and dings but no splits or cracks. Receiver is mostly a heavy dark mustard yellow patina. It has a couple of initials or Native markings on the front of the frame. Wood features an original brass buttplate. This is a transitional model with the steel forend cap. Excellent action. You would search a long time to find another like this! Comes complete with Factory Letter.
