This Winchester M-1 Carbine, Ser No, 1193804 was mfg about 2/43' and has over 95% of the original parts. The wood is earley PW
and looks as if it were carried in the "Korean War". The guns metal all matches for the period, The bore isexcellent w/a mirror look
to it and rthe muzzle measures "0 +" w/minmal wear. This iconic Winchester wouls make for both and excellent collecrtible and a shooter.
The parst inventory is as follows;
Win barrel with "w" on the top and the correct proof mark about near the barrel band, Rear sight P1- T-IV, Recoil Plate with "W",
Front sight unmarked - correct for this gun, Bolt flat T-II with "w" (all inernal parts "w'), Trig hsg T-III with "w", Trigger, Sear, Hammer-
all "w". Safety - "EW", Mag Catch with "w', Oper Slide T-IV with "w", Stock earley PW w/AAG "J" in sling well, cross cannons on side or rear stock. "P" on grip, Handgard T-II with"w", Barrel Band T-II, Buttplate earley "W".
