Description:
This .45 caliber Kentucky rifle has a browned octagon 13/16" x 35-1/2" GR Douglas barrel with 1:66 twist that is fitted with fixed sights. The bore is very good. Inscribed on the top flat of the barrel is Louis Smith and stamped on the left flat is GR Douglas 45 Cal. The P+++ grade Maple stock is mounted with a mix of brass and German silver furniture, including a pierced patch box. All the metal furniture has been very tastefully engraved, including the tang and barrel. The engraved percussion lock is activated by double set triggers. Comes with a candy striped wood ramrod. Length of pull is 14", overall length is 52”, and weight is 6.6 lbs. Very good wood to metal fit - made by Louis Smith. Condition: Very Good. Our stock number is #P-24-87.
