RARE REMINGTON ELLIOT’S PATENT 1ST MODEL SILVER PLATED O/U 41RF CAL. DOUBLE DERRINGER CIRCA 1860’S. 100% original and early model made without extractor and with the Remington address and Elliot Patent date alternately between the barrels on the ribs. Early serial number in the 1xx range. Original lightly tarnished factory silver plate with 80% plus remaining. Blued trigger, barrel release lever and hammer with the original bright nitre blue finish. Factory rosewood grips with nearly all the original finish. Excellent plus bright bores and perfect working order. Old famous Remington collection provenance and first time on the market in well over 30 years.
