Payment Types Accepted: Visa,Master Card, Discover,Check Description: This little vintage .410 Gauge Stevens Model 107-B is a real beauty. It could pass for having left the Stevens factory last month due to how nicely preserved it is. It was actually made prior to 1968, before manufacturers were required to serial number the guns they made. This Stevens single barrel has a case colored receiver and a blued barrel. The factory original case colors are still bright and beautiful, and would rate at a conservative 97% coverage. Only under very close inspection of the receiver can one find some very small handling marks, and most of those are on the metal alloy trigger guard rather than the receiver itself. The original factory gloss blue finish on the barrel is also in minty condition, rating 98% plus. The bore is equally as minty, it is bright with no pitting or erosion. This Model 107-B single barrel is chambered to accept either size .410 shotshell, 2.5 inches or 3 inches. It has a 26 inch barrel that is choked "Full', and a length of pull of 12 inches from the trigger to the end of the buttplate. It uses an external hammer that must be cocked before you fire, and features an ejector to clear the spent shotshell after firing. The nicely stained Birch stock set is in very good condition. Structurally it is perfect, free from cracks, major dents, or repairs. There are some light handling marks on the forearm and buttstock but nothing that really detracts from this shotgun's attractive appearance. The buttstock is capped with a ribbed black plastic buttplate that is fit nicely and in very good condition as well. This shotgun would be absolutely perfect for getting your son or daughter into the shotgun shooting sports or hunting. It is perfectly sized, and with a 2.5 inch .410 target load the recoil would be very light. There are very few new youth-sized single barrel small bore shotguns on the market today, and those we are aware of are not even comparable to this vintage Stevens single barrel in terms of quality and fit and finish. With reasonable care, this little shotgun could be passed down from one generation to the next and should continue to appreciate in value. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes Manufacturer: J.
