*** SOLD *** SPECIAL SALE - REDUCED BY $1,000 *** Only 572 L. C. Smith A-1 Automatic Ejectors in 12 gauge were made. What a beautiful gun this is with engravings of dogs on the sideplates and a gamebird on the trigger guard. Some original case coloring is visible and the chain pattern Damascus barrels are highly figured. Serial number is 680. Weight is 7lb 5 oz. The barrels are marked A1 on the lower rib near the forearm lug. *** The beautifully figured English walnut stock has a pistol grip and the forearm has an ebony tip. The checkering is fine and crisp. The Length of Pull is 14-7/8” to a plastic butt plate. There is a professionally repaired crack on the lower right horn. *** The 26” Damascus barrels are topped by a raised solid rib and have automatic ejectors. The right barrel is bored 0.732 with a constriction of 0.06 for Skeet choke. The left barrel is bored 0.730 and has a constriction of 0.011 for Improved Cylinder choke. The bores are shiny and bright - really good condition. *** What a great gun for upland hunting for quail, grouse, and woodcock. This is your chance to own a beautiful American classic.
