Description:
It is a real pleasure for us to offer this rare and distinctive Ovundo. This firearm was made in the 1920's as the Ovundo's were made by Westley in various configurations from 1913 to 1937. The gun is in exceptional original condition and has the following features:

- The unique Ovundo droplock action with gull wing inspection ports on the sideplates showing the gold washed locks.
- Beautiful original leather motor case with owner's initials (JHW) which also appear on the stock's gold estancheon.
- The highly figured walnut stock features a POW grip with an original looking silvers pad over a spacer.
- Barrel #1: 30" .028 MWT/Bores .735/Choked .015 and .036/ 2 1/2" Proof
- Barrel #2: 28" .033 MWT/Bores .730/Choked .003 and .005/ 2 1/2" Proof
- This was the #2 gun of a pair and that appears in gold on the gun and the barrels.

This is truly a magnificent firearm. Happy to email original pic file so you can see the gun in full screen and high res.

This firearm is from the Oliver-Brice collection. The principal owned a private equity investment firm in Switzerland which allowed him to travel extensively in the UK and Europe. His passion was finding and researching high quality/investment grade British and European double shotguns. His collection is extensive and includes a number of unique firearms like this one. The owner would consider a trade of a fine/collector watch as he is a collector of those as well.
