Scarce 3 digit Remington Model 1890 Revolver. SN# 793, 44 cal, nickel finish, polished walnut grips. One of about 2000 manufactured by Remington Arms Co from 1891 to 1894. The Model 1890 was the successor to the Model 1875 and Model 1888. The reduced ejectorwas designed to compete with the Colt SAA. Barrel address reads "REMINGTON ARMS CO, ILION, NY" and "44WCF" marked on left frame just below the cylinder. Blade front sight and frame rear sight. Lanyard stud and ring are intact. Retaining 90%++ of original nickel, extensive engraving as shown. Bore and mechanics are excellent. A chance to own one of the most sought after Remington handguns in a unique configuration in excellent condition.
