Here is a Limited Edition (ONE OF 500) copies of the Sporting Repository. The Sporting Repository was magazine from 1822 celebrating English Sporting Life. In 1904 this limited edition combined the magazine in book form and added 22 Original Henry Alkin Prints. Topics include; game shooting, pigeon matches, cock fighting, sporting dogs, big game hunting, horse racing, etc, etc. The prints and the book is in excellent condition. I have shown just a few of the prints, they total 22! Suitable for framing if you like. A wonderful insight into sporting life at the time in England. Shipping is $15.
