Description:
A Model 1935 Beretta semiautomatic in .32 caliber (7.65mm) made in 1938. The same model was made for the Italian Army, Air Force and Navy. The High Polished blued finish is in 98% condition and the black grips are in 99% condition with the "PB" logo on each grip. The 1938 year of manufacture date is marked on the slide along with "XV1" ( the fascist year).The bore is bright and shiney with sharp rifling. This pistol has seen very little use. It comes with a military holster in excellent condition, a leather closing piece and a compartment for an extra clip. There are 2 proof marks on the left side near the exposed hammer.. The safety lever is marked "S" (safe) and "F" (fire). It also serves as a slide hold open device.. The bottom of the magazine also provides a finger rest. There is a lanyard ring on the left side of the grip. The pistol functions perfectly. I have been told that this is a civilian model and it was NOT made for the Italian Military. While there are no military markings there is a lanyard ring and it came with a military style holster.
Also included is a leather zip up pistol rug with a soft interior lining-all in excellent condition
There are now 2 new pictures as the originals showed what looked like finger marks on the slide. Must have been caused by the lighting as there are no marks on the slide.
