Holland & Holland Back Action Hand Detachable Dominion Grade Sidelock Extractor in 500/465 NITRO EXPRESS- 24” chopper lump barrels with rib extension third bite with mint bores. Beautiful highly figured walnut stock with silver inlayed oval with the initials AWG. Stock and forend are oil finished and all checkering is crisp and in excellent condition. 14 1/2" LOP over a 7/8" silvers pad with a total weight of 10 pounds 12 ounces. The action has bushed strikers and double triggers. Action, locks an extended comb over top strap are border engraved. Trapdoor grip cap. The wood is in excellent condition and remains very stout inside & out, including the inletting. The hand detachable locks are in super nice condition. Here is a very solid rifle with mint bores, mechanically sound and ready for Africa!!!
