Description:
This nice pistol has the early, 90-degree safety. These RZM-marked pistols were issued to the Nazi Political leaders. The original finish is quite strong with some finish loss from what looks to be blood spots?. All parts are matching. There is a clear "RZM" marking on the slide. The grips have no negative issues. This pieces comes with the correct Walther magazine. The bore is excellent with no rust or pitting. The NSDAP contracted with Walther to produce PPK's for the party organizations. There were strict regulations as to which rank political leaders could carry their pistols with certain uniforms. There is evidence that some of the RZM-marked PPK's were also purchased by the Reichssicherheitshauptamt of the SS for issue to members of the Sicherheitspolizei units and the SD.
