Description:
This is a rolling block rifle chambered for 45-70, made by Pedersoli and imported by Navy Arms Co. The 30” half octagonal barrel is in good condition. It has had it’s blueing removed but has no scratches or corrosion. The bore is in similar condition with clean sharp rifling. The front sight is a fixed bead and the rear sight has been removed and the dovetail filled. The color cased receiver is in good condition. There are no major scratches or pitting and the screws are in good working condition. The hammer, trigger, and breech block are in similar condition. A folding tang sight with adjustments for elevation and windage at the eyepiece has been mounted on the tang. The walnut forend and buttstock are also in good condition with no scratches or dents. The buttstock is mounted with a brass buttplate and the forend is mounted with a brass barrel band. Length of pull is 14-¾”, overall length is 47-½”, and weight is 11.2 lbs.
