Description:
This is my 1918 Luger Pistol from the WWI era. I am just a novice collector and came across this many years ago at a local gun show. Clearing out some of my current collection to make some room for other projects. I can supply specific photos if you need them and any measurements you may require also. Firearm was inspected many years ago by a gun shop and was determined to be in solid working order. Of course you should have it inspected if you choose to fire it. I never intended to fire it and have never fired it while it has been in my posession. The seriel numbers all match on what looks to be about 10 different places around the firearm and the magazine is matching as well. The grips appear to be original and are not cracked. I would rate the overall condition to be fair but very solid. There is some pitting on the 4 inch barrel from some sort of moisture, sweat, or maybe blood but it was this way when I aquired it. Of course perfect condition ones sell for much more and I am in no way representing this as anywhere near perfect so that is why it is priced well under period specific mint ones produced during the same time period by DWM. Note there are some markings on the side of the frame that appear to be either regimine or unit markings but I can't confirm or trace their origins.
