Description:
This is a Remington Model 81 chambered for 300 Savage. The 22” blued barrel is in good condition with no corrosion and an undamaged bore. There is light finish wear toward the receiver but no scratches or dents. The front sight is a fixed bead in a ramped dovetail and the rear sight is a folding leaf sight. The blued receiver has light finish wear around the edges and a few scratches but is uncorroded. A Redfield peep sight with adjustment for elevation has been mounted to the rear of the receiver. The receiver has a fixed 5 round magazine and a safety lever on the right side. The walnut forend and buttstock with Remington buttplate are in fair condition. The buttstock has scattered scrapes and scratches of which some disturb the finish. The forend is undamaged aside from a small chip out of the right side. Length of pull is 13-¾”, overall length is 41-½”, and weight is 8.6 lbs. Our stock number is #A482. Willing to ship anywhere in the US to your FFL, buyer pays freight and insurance.
