Description:
This is a sporterized model 98 Mauser chambered for 7mm-08. The 22” blued barrel is in good condition having no scratches or corrosion. The bore is undamaged and has clean sharp rifling. The blued receiver is not scratched or corroded, but has had a scope mounted welded on by a previous owner. A Tasco scope is currently mounted to the receiver. The bolt has some finish wear and has had it’s safety removed and a stock mounted safety has been installed on the right side above the trigger. The floorplate and trigger guard are uncorroded and unscratched. The composite Eaton stock has a raised cheek rest, pistol grip, sling swivel studs, and checkering at the wrist and forend. The length of pull is 13”, the overall length is 43”, and weight is 8.2 lbs. Our stock number is #A484. Willing to ship anywhere in the US to your FFL, buyer pays freight and insurance.
