Description:
This is a Winchester model 1894 chambered for 25-35. The 26” blued octagonal barrel is in acceptable condition. The finish is worn and uneven and beginning to patinate but there is no corrosion. The bore is in great condition with clean sharp rifling. The front sight is a fixed bead and the rear sight is adjustable for elevation. The blued magazine tube is in similar condition. The receiver is developing a patina and has some scratches and dings. The lever, hammer, and trigger are also patinating. The walnut forend and buttstock are in fair condition as well. There are scattered dings and dents and the buttstock has the letters “M N L” scratched into it as well as a repaired crack on the right side of the tang. The buttstock is mounted with a patinated crescent buttplate. Length of pull is 13”, overall length is 44-½”, and weight is 8 lbs. Our stock number is #A484.
