Description:
High quality German made Drilling in fine refurbished condition...16X16 gauge over 9.3X72R. 27.5" barrels. 2 3/4" chambers. Chokes are ic and mod. LOP 14 3/8" over 1/2" pad... Scope maker and power not marked. See thru claw mounts... Double triggers with front set. Cocking indicators, Greener cross bolt and safety. Rifle selector with automatic rear sight. Pistol gripped fine checkered stock with cheek piece and 1/2" sling. Overall fine refurbished condition. Barrels reblued over fine sand blast polish. Barrel stamps are faint and makers name and location are not legible. Wood finish looks original, but most likely redone when gun was restored. Some pitting remains on bottom of engraved receiver. see pictures... Shotgun bores are bright and have been honed. Bright rifle bore exhibits erosion in first few inches in front of chamber, but smooths up towards muzzle... Action is tight... Very nice handling and good looking pre war drilling with fine quality optics...
