Colt Bisley .44-40 caliber revolver. Mint condition Colt Bisley. Manufactured in 1909. This is a factory refinished Bisley with factory rework numbers (matching) with ampersand marking on the trigger guard. Caliber is .44-40. Gun has the factory replacement barrel marked “Bisley Model Frontier Six Shooter 44-40”. Barrel length is 7 ½”. Gun is in “Like New” condition as factory done. Note: Colt Offered a service prior to WWII to refinish and change calibers if you wished. The ampersand on the left side of the trigger guard shows factory work. This is a beautiful example of top quality Colt Pre-war work on a great looking revolver!
