Description:
Auguste Francotte Boxlock Ejector "Belgium Made" 12 Gauge. A Liege, Belgium side by side 12 guage shotgun with 27 1/2" barrels, choked cylinder and improved cylinder, 2 3/4" chambers, double triggers and ejectors. The shotgun underwent what appears to have been a full on restoration of the original metal and wood. The boxlock action has considerable amount of scroll and floral engraving and the cased colors are distinctly rich and colorful, and protected with a clear coat finish. The shotgun weighs 5 Lbs. 14 Oz. and includes a leather covered, fitted travel case. See bullet points for additional information.

Metal Condition: Excellent blue and cased colors. The cased colors are protected with a clear coat finish.
Wood Condition: Very good wood and hand rubbed oil finish. Though it could use a little TLC with a light coat of hand rubbed oil finish to really make it extra nice.
Bore Condition: Bright and Shiny
Barrels: 27 1/2" with ejectors.
Triggers: Double triggers
Stock: Straight grip, European walnut stock with extended checkering.
