An aircraft-grade-aluminum side-eject receiver comes drilled and tapped for scope mounts, and its nickel finish and high-relief engraving complement the high-grade stock and forend. Polished stainless steel barrel features adjustable sights and a crowned muzzle to protect the rifling. Classic lever action revolves around a smooth rack-and-pinion system and a rotating-head, multiple-lug breech bolt. Detachable magazine adds a modern touch and allows it to fire round-nose ammunition for increased accuracy. Crisp 4.5-lb. trigger, smooth lever and deluxe recoil pad make the BLR a dream to shoot. Hammer positions include fully cocked, half-cocked, folded and fired for easy verification.
