This victory allowed the proposed handgun ban and long gun restrictions to vanish, which has received a high level of praise from the firearms community. This victory gave Miller Custom the opportunity to build six commemoratives. The first commemorative was donated to Dick Anthony Heller, the second was donated to Dane V who was Hellers acting attorney and counsel in the case, and the 3rd was raffled off at the 2009 shot show.
