This Model 1918 Trench Knife was Made By L F & C 1918. L F & C stand for Landers Fray And Clark. The scabbard is also marked L F & C 1918. The Scabbard retaining hooks are intact and are original to the scabbard. The blade shows no sign of being sharpened or ground. The blade has no chips or blade loss. The brass grips are fully intact with no damage or repairs. The finish is aged with no sign of being polished. The lettering is sharp and clear. This is an original as issued trench knife that has not been messed with. To find the scabbard intact with the two belt hooks undamaged is a real find!
