Description:
Charles W. Lindsay's shotgun design was approved for patent on June 26, 1928. The most prominent design feature is the "journals with flanged support", a pair of adjustable barrel hinge bodies mounted to a screw-adjustable disc visible on the exterior of both sides.
Presented is elaborately engraved with game scenes and oak leaves field model with 30" barrel, single non selective mechanical trigger, non-automatic safety, chocked F/F, 14 3/4 LOP. Serial no: 30631. German proof marks, C.W. Lindsay Huston Texas on the rib. Excellent condition with minor compression marks on the stock and light assembly marks under the forearm.
