RECEIVER: marked on left side “CESKOSLOVENSKA ZEBROJOVKA, AS, BRNO”, ALSO EXHIBITS PROOF MARK OF CZECH NATIONAL ARMS AND AMMUNITION PROOFING AUTHORITY FOLLOWED BY THE DATE “46” (this proof mark followed by the date firearm was proofed (1946) was the obligatory smokeless powder proof mark for individual rifled arms, top stippled front of receiver marked with circular “CZ” logo, THIS CARBINE WAS A VERY EARLY POST-WAR PRODUCTION SPORTING ARM MANUFACTURED BY CZ IN BRNO, CZECHOSLOVAKIA,
Receiver features DOUBLE SET TRIGGERS WITHIN AN OVERSIZED TRIGGER GUARD (FOR WEARING GLOVES WHEN HUNTING), also features a CLASSIC SPOON BOLT, a full length ejector guide , a side safety, and a cutout for a stripper clip, finish on receiver, trigger guard, and floorplate retain their original factory high polished blue in 100% condition,
BARREL: 21” in length, SHINY MINT BORE WITH SHARP RIFLING, adjustable open rear sight, blade front sight on ramp, serial number and proof, as mentioned above, are also on barrel as is caliber marking, finish is original high polished blue in 100% condition,
STOCK: European Walnut, pistol grip, FULL MANNLICHER STYLE, cheekpiece, steel forearm tip and grip cap, sling swivels, hard buttplate, LOP 14 5/8”, perfectly checkered forearm and pistol grip, stock retains 100% original finish in 99% condition,
