Description:
The Colt Lightning rifle was produced from 1884 to 1904. This is the Small Framed pump action, which was the first pump action rifle offered by Colt. You too can own a little piece of history. Circa 1901.

Caliber Info: .22 Cal.
Metal Condition: Good condition with most of the bluing intact, does have many small scratches and some light pitting on the barrel and receiver.
Wood Condition: Good condition with many small dents, dings, and scratches from over 100 years of use. The bottom of the stock at the butt plate has been repaired, and the is a sliver missing on the left side near the hammer.
Bore Condition: Clean with sharp lands and some very light pitting.
Barrels: 24 inch octagonal.
Stock: Straight walnut.
Fore End: Walnut.
Butt Pad: Plastic Colt butt plate, the bottom portion has been reapired.
Weight: 6 lbs.
Sights: Semi-buckhorn rear with front blade.
